Inside Sales
System One is currently seeking an Inside Sales Rep for an industry-leading client in the Tarentum, PA area.
Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of our product line in order to effectively act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and the company.
Analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities to make improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Make product and/or service recommendations to customers based on these analyses.
Manage the daily functionality of the customer support department, ensure quality of daily service and performance objectives.
Promote products and services to existing customers and generate sales.
Assist with the placement of orders, return, and refunds. Provide support to the Outside Sales team.
Represent the business to clients and visitors through professional phone and face-to-face interaction. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, clarify information, and work to provide solutions to issues.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Associate's degree in business or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Experience, Skill, & Other Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of progressive inside sales/customer service experience in a distribution setting.
Ability to work independently, strong judgment and decision making skills, mechanical aptitude, and outstanding communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and prior experience with a CRM system strongly preferred.
